At Little Bosch we decided to prepare our school for future recycling projects by running a Plastic Bottle Collection Drive.The boys were treated to a beautiful story about the Prince of the Sea and how the children of the Cape, ended up clearing our seas and rivers of litter, by coming together and sorting all the various recyclable waste… and so, at our school we decided to focus on plastic bottles and also learn’t how to reuse what we can and turn it into art. The bottles we collected were taken to Neopak Recycling and the funds paid, will go towards art supplies for Nature Network 2018. It was an exercise to illustrate that recycling is easy, Fun’ as we make art out of it, vital for our natures survival and lucrative for all as it saves and makes money from our waste.
